Imad's final ODI match for Pakistan was against Zimbabwe in November 2020, and his final T20 International match was against New Zealand in April 2023. Throughout his career, Imad Wasim played 55 ODI and 66 T20 matches for Pakistan. Together, he claimed 109 wickets while amassing 1472 runs. Imad declared his retirement on social media, stating that he believes the time is right. He declared, After giving my international career a lot of thought, I've decided that this is the right time to announce my retirement from international cricket.
